Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Löður application. By agreeing to them you have announced that you have read, understood and agreed to all of them. As a condition of use you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Löður ehf.

The user of the application must be the responsible party or the owner of the phone number registered to use the application service The user of the application must be at least 17 yrs. old and have a valid drivers license if utilizing the services of Löður.

The user has to supply Löður with certain information as a prerequisite for using the app and its services, such as: name, identification number (kennitala), address, cell phone number, license plate number of vehicle anda valid credit or debit card number. The payment options for services provided by Löður are a valid credit or debit card. No other payments are accepted. You can contact our customer service via phone 568-0000 or by email, lodur@lodur.is.

The opening hours for our customer service are 8-16 on weekdays. The users of the Löður app agree to the prices and conditions regarding services that Löður has determined. A comprehensive list of services, prices and conditions are available at the users convenience at our homepage, www.lodur.is.

Löður has the right to change prices and conditions of services at its discretion. The current conditions are always accessible at www.lodur.is, at our carwashes and in the App. All sales are final and the user agrees to the transferring of funds from the accounts linked with the credit or debit card that the user provided, for products and services rendered by Löður that the user choses to purchase via the App.

The user is always responsible for any damage resulting from misconduct or miss use of any services provided by Löður, including but not limited to the incorrect selection of services. The user agrees to follow any and all instructions provided by Löður, regarding the use of services provided. Note that incorrect use of service can result in damages. If in any doubt refrain from using the services and contact Löður for guidance and instructions via phone at 568-0000 during business hours between 8-16, or send an inquiry to lodur@lodur.is and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

The registered user of the App is always considered as the responsible party for any use of the service paid for in the app, regardless of the actual user of the app and its services. Users discretion is thus advised. The user allows Löður to send mail, Email, text/SMS/MMS information regarding the services available and offered by Löður. Löður reserves the right to terminate the services in the event of suspicion of misconduct or miss use of the application. The user can terminate the services by calling 568-0000 during business hours or by contacting us directly at lodur@lodur.is.

Löður handles all data collected by the App in accordance with The Data Protection Act; Act on Protection of Privacy as regards the Processing of Personal Data, No. 90/2018. Terms and conditions are published by Löður ehf. and take effect 1 st of September. 2017 and are valid until new terms and conditions are published.
